This C-1236-6-6-F is a TTP C Series, the industry mainstay of shell and tube fluid cooling spanning several decades. This cost-effective, rugged 4-pass heat exchanger offers reliable heat transfer for a variety of industrial cooling applications including but not limited to: water, hydraulic oil, and compressed air. The fixed tubesheet design is also a common interchange for BASCO series units. P/N C-1236-6-6-F comes standard with a 6-inch diameter steel shell, 0.375-inch Copper tubes, Steel tubesheet with Cast Iron end bonnets. This unit has a maximum working shell pressure of 300 PSI, tube pressure of 150 PSI, and maximum operating temperature of 300F. The C Series unit is available with optional corrosion resistant materials such as 90/10 copper nickel (CuNi) tubing, bronze bonnets, and zinc anodes, as well as partial or all 316 Stainless Steel construction.
