Consignment

Our Consignment Program is designed to allow you to have a worry free experience selling your surplus inventory, by letting HTD handle it all for you. Store it, Clean it, List it, & Sell it! All you are required to do is Ship it.

This program has many benefits including freeing up floor space, labor savings, and cash influx into your business.  We only get paid if we sell your inventory!

What does HTD Handle?

  • Receive your inventory in and process it.
    • Assign an inventory SKU number that is proprietary to your account
    • We prepare a complete detailed description of the product.
    • Clean product, if necessary
    • Take individual pictures of each product
    • Set an asking price using market valve 
    • Document weight and dimensions
  • List items on the website
  • Enter items into our online marketing campaign rotation
  • Once the item Sells, we handle the following:
    • Pull product from inventory
    • Package it securely
    • Arrange a shipping carrier pickup
    • Ship the product
    • Send Buyer a shipping confirmation number
  • Notify our customer the item sold and the price of the sale.
  • Issue Payment to customer on a monthly basis for all items that were paid for the previous month minus commission.

What is Required of the Customer?

  • Prepare a list of items that will be shipped in and send it.
  • Sign the HTD Consignment Agreement 
  • Prepare the inventory for shipping.
  • Ship to provided HTD Warehouse.
  • Review and agree to item pricing prior to going live on site.
  • Collect payment for items sold!

What are the costs for this service?

  • New Spare Parts - 30% Commission Only Basis
  • Used Spare Parts - 35% Commission Only Basis 
  • Used Equipment - 15% Commission plus Predetermined Monthly Storage Fee after 90 days

Remote Consignment

Our Remote Consignment Program is designed to allow you to maintain your surplus inventory at your facility, while HTD sells it for you.  This program requires a little more work on your end but will still get the job done for you. 

What is Required of the Customer?

  • Prepare a complete detailed description of the product.
  • Clean Product, if necessary
  • Take individual pictures of each product from all angles
  • Set an asking price or HTD can help you with the market valve.
  • Document the Weight and dimensions
  • Once the item Sells, you would handle the following:
    • Pull product from inventory
    • Package it securely
    • Arrange a shipping carrier pickup
    • Ship the product
  • Notify HTD the Item has shipped and send a shipping confirmation number
  • Collect payment for items sold!

What does HTD Handle?

  • Receive your Provided information and review it. 
  • Assign a "Ghost" inventory SKU number that is proprietary to your account
  • List items on the website
  • Enter items into our online marketing campaign rotation
  • Once the item Sells, we handle the following:
    • Notify our customer the item sold and the price of the sale.
    • Send Customer the Packing List or BOL to ship product
  • Send Buyer a shipping confirmation number
  • Issue Payment to customer on a monthly basis for all items that were paid for the previous month minus commission.

 What are the costs for this service?

  • New Spare Parts - 20% Commission Only Basis
  • Used Spare Parts - 20% Commission Only Basis 
  • Used Equipment - 10% Commission Only Basis
