The SMC IT4020-32B is an electro-pneumatic regulator. It is part of the electro-pneumatic regulator series IT, which has a series for each output flow rate. The IT series has a dedicated exhaust port (M5) to remove air from the nozzle, and is shock/vibration resistant. It also has a monitor signal output and a DIN connector.
