SBS Corporation A2995.1 Aqua-Sense Moisture Monitoring System
Features:
• One (1) Moisture Monitoring Transmitter. Transmitter is a NEMA 4 enclosure approximately 5-3/4"
wide by 4-3/4" tall by 2-1/2" deep. Includes the water probe on a 6 foot (2 meter) cord.
Probe connection is 1/2" NPT with a 1/2" full port isolation valve to allow the probe to be
removed while pipe is under pressure/ flow. Probe may be installed downstream (clean side)
of existing filtration system.
• One (1) NEMA 12 Control System with a Eurotherm 1/16 DIN digital process controller alarm that
will display the dissolved water level in the quench oil. Controller will alarm with
amber "Moisture Level Increasing" pilot light and audible horn if it detects an unusual
change of moisture level and will also alarm with red "High Moisture Level" pilot light and
horn if moisture level exceeds 90%, which is a warning before free water is present. Dry
contact relays can be wired into your existing furnace control system to stop quench cycle if
required.
