Description: Metal Medic 232 is a concentrated, water-soluble, non-flammable rust preventative formulated to protect ferrous-based metals during metal finishing processes. Its low-foaming nature makes it ideal for use in cut-down barrels, open-mouth barrels, drag-through systems, and spray or dip tank operations. The product leaves an ultra-thin, non-staining, highly protective film on metal surfaces. Free of oils and waxes, Metal Medic 232 allows for efficient drying in cob meal dryers without the risk of cob meal adhering to finished parts. It also enhances surface lubricity, helping to prevent parts from sticking in feed tubes.
Applications: Metal Medic 232 can be used in almost any finishing or in-process operation. This includes wet-tumbling, vibratory flow-through systems, barrel finishing, and dip tank operations.
Concentration: Metal Medic 232 is used in 1-3% concentrations.
