The Direct Drive Ring Fan comes packaged and completely assembled. The propeller is cast from 319 aluminum and is retained on the motor shaft utilizing a split taper bushing or a clamp block arrangement. Solid rolled rod motor mounts provide support for the motor. Steel motor base and solid steel support rods are oversized to provide structurally rugged construction. Motors are totally enclosed air over type. Fans are designed for mounting in any position from horizontal to vertical.
