Model: 215V
The Model 215V is vacuum process gauge with 2 integrated fail-safe relay set-points ideal for industrial processes and load lock applications. It is the next generation Model 200: offering more accuracy, better ease of use, and more immunity to electrical noise yielding more dependable and repeatable readings.
- Range: .001 Torr to 760 Torr
- Range with Accuracy: .001 Torr to 6 Torr (above 6 Torr the readings are continuous and monotonic)
- Upper and Lower Set-point Control: 2 control relays (set-points), type C rated at 7A and 250V
- Analog Output: 5V analog output and RS232 vacuum indication which enables integration to a wide variety of systems
- Includes fail-safe controls that automatically default to atmospheric pressure if power or gauge failure occurs
- CE compliant
